Bill Bowman

Bill is a Multimedia Journalism Junior and avid beer fan. He has a nose for the unique and out of the ordinary beers. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, reading, watching movies and catching live music around Austin.

Adam Aldrete

Adam is currently a senior at the University of Texas at Austin. His passion for beer and wine tasting began when he traveled to Wine Country in California for a half marathon. In addition to being a runner, Adam is a passionate basketball fan and enjoys spending free time in bookstores. There are rumors that he is related to the world’s most interesting man, but  government officials deny such a notion.

– His favorite mass produced beer is Dos Equis Lager Especial.

– His favorite microbrew is Slam Dunkel from Steamworks Brewing Co. in Colorado.

– His Favorite economy beer is Miller High Life.

James Fritz

James is steeped in beer culture. He came of legal drinking age in the town of Breckenridge, Colorado, home of the Breckenridge brewery and only a few miles from the Backcountry Brewery in Frisco, Colorado. In his spare James enjoys seeing live music, reading, playing video games, and trying new kinds of beer.

— His favorite craft beer is Hop Rod Rye by Bear Republic.

— His favorite cheap beer is Miller High Life.

Tim Garlitz

Tim is known for his tendency to try anything at least once, and sometimes more than that. He currently has two fantasy basketball leagues in contention and has an extensive collection of Simpsons memorabilia. Tim also enjoys drinking beer while watching movies at  The Alamo Drafthouse

–His favorite mass produced beer is Newcastle Brown Ale

–His favorite beer with Mexican food is Dos Equis Lager with lime.
